So mostly I am very average conservative investor just all mutual funds etc. So like 18 months ago i decided to take a few thousand and try my hand at stocks. I got Netflix and shake shack. I mistimed the bottom of shack shack and its don't nothing since. But Netflix I'm up almost 60%. Also comparing Netflix stock to Disney stock is doing a very wonky matchup. Netflix is a single entertainment service. (NASDAQ:AMZN). But Reddit has one massive and hard to replicate advantage over these and other media companies which just might give it the edge in the streaming video business. I believe that Netflix has all the risk but has pulled back enough where the stock looks appealing. However, with all of Disney's content, it seems likely that
Stock will skyrocket insanely, and drop again of course. Mainly because of the daytraders, but also because Covid is still spreading widely. Don't be a fool, lower rates and delayed taxes will not take this market out of recession. So I have begun scraping the SEC website to see which executives are purchasing, selling, or being awarded stock for no known reason except that the stock price is extra low and they may just be buying their stock at a discount (or selling it before it crashes further).
